From Roman times, to the Ancient Greeks and Russians, as well as the ceremonial Temazcales of the Mayans and Aztecs, and Sweat Lodges of our Native American Tribes. Our Infrared Sauna makes it comfortable and easy to partake in the many benefits that were enjoyed by our ancestors. Our infrared sauna heats up your body from the inside out and will have you sweating profusely and relaxed in no time! Pricing

Pricing below is per person. Our infrared sauna can comfortably fit two people. The sauna room is completely private and has access to a shower. Pricing can be reduced in combination with another service. See our Specials Page for our most popular packages.

30 minute session: $30
1 Hour Session: $45
Sauna Guest: $20 discount

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Infrared sauna use is very safe but is contraindicated for people with following conditions:

Pregnancy.
Hemophilia.
Fever.
Insensitivity to Heat.
Alcohol / Alcohol Abuse.
